Amazingly enough, some folks thought that the "Howard Dean" credited as playing a policeman in Sam Firstenberg's Ninja III: The Domination is indeed the Democratic frontrunner himself, even after dismissive denials from the Dean camp. Here's the blog link for it, and I have digitized the scene in question here. (I doubt very much this is Howard Dean.) Thanks to John Gorenfeld, who wrote this piece for Salon, for all this.
