Here's a holiday DVD marathon to be thankful for... The English-dubbed versions of Lemon Popsicles 1-7 are finally available on DVD. These are region-free discs from the UK in PAL format. From what I have seen so far, the full-frame image quality is not great but is very serviceable--certainly better than the old VHS tapes--and the discs even include the original Hebrew language tracks. This is what Popsicle fans have been waiting for! Stateside fans can order the 7-DVD set from HMV.co.uk for less than $30 international shipping included, which is significantly more popsicle for your hard-earned dollar than you may have expected.
